Every human body requires slightly different things to help them stay healthy. This is one of the issues I have with general diets, training and supplements; especially the ones that have everything but the kitchen sink in them. How do we know what is good for our bodies?
For me there has been a lot of trial and error. I used to get looks of horror from friends and family at my vitamin cupboard. Bottles of this and that everywhere. Over the last few years I have trimmed it down extensively. I know what works and what doesn’t for my body and now I keep a supply of several things.
